Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing communications: Handling incoming phone calls,
responding to general email enquiries, and greeting visitors
professionally. Document and data management: Creating, formatting, and updating digital documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Data entry and maintenance: Inputting accurately into company
specific databases or CRM systems, ensuring compliance with data protection (GDPR) guidelines. Meeting organisation: Scheduling internal and external meetings,
booking meeting rooms, sending calendar invites, and preparing
agendas. Minuting: Attending team meetings to take clear, accurate minutes and distributing action points to attendees afterward. Office logistics: Maintaining office supplies, sorting incoming and
outgoing post and filing digital or physical records. Project support: Assisting senior team members with ad-hoc
administrative tasks, financial invoicing processes, or departmental projects as required.

 



Training:

The learner will be studying the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.



Training Outcome:

This apprenticeship can potentially lead to a full-time role as our
Office Admin Manager.
