Programme Management Apprenticeship

Support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects and programmes Work with senior leaders and project teams to help deliver strategic objectives Assist with creating and maintaining project plans, reports and documentation Collect, analyse and use data to support project and programme delivery Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, issues and opportunities Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking actions Help develop clear, efficient ways of working to improve project delivery Communicate project updates to stakeholders and contribute to regular progress reports Learn and apply project management tools, techniques and best practices while working towards the Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard

Training:
Training will take place through a combination of workplace learning and remote training sessions The apprentice will attend one remote training session each month with the training provider, alongside on-the-job learning and support in the workplace

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of the Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship, you may have the opportunity to progress into a Project Officer, Project Manager or Programme Management role, subject to performance and organisational opportunities.

The apprenticeship also provides a strong foundation for further professional development, including progression to the Project Manager (Integrated Degree) apprenticeship or professional membership and development within the project management profession.

Working Hours :
Agile working, with a combination of office and home working. Part-time and job share arrangements will be considered.
