Project and Administrative Apprentice

Key Activities:

For the Bi-borough Families First Programme:

Provide project and administrative support Help organise a whole Bi-Borough Family Services staff conference. This will include developing the agenda content and format, booking the venue, preparing any materials, coordinating speakers, and circulating any pre and post event information to participants Manage the booking of rooms and calendar Meet the programme lead to set the agenda for meeting, draft and circulate the agenda Manage any changes to the dates of the meetings and book meeting rooms. (NB. dates and venues already booked but any changes will need to be managed) Support prep of PowerPoint master slides for each meeting, in conjunction with programme team (Ben and Sophie) Circulate meeting papers in advance of the meeting Use AI to create a meeting summary and circulate afterwards

Support workshop planning and delivery by:

Booking venues and manging calendars Support evaluation and sending out questionnaires Support recording discussions to ensure participants voices are heard Writing up the outputs and analysing them, to ensure participants’ voices are fed back Supporting preparation of PowerPoint master slides to help structure work stream meetings

Training:
Training will be delivered online once a month We are happy to consider applicants for part-time and/or job share arrangements for this role

Training Outcome:
Career progression generally involves advancing to senior practitioner roles, moving into management, or specialising in fields like youth justice, mental health, or education
