We're partnered with a Canadian restaurant group looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple locations across British Columbia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven multi-unit leader who enjoys coaching managers, improving operations, and driving results across a portfolio of restaurants. You'll work closely with restaurant leadership to ensure operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and support the continued growth of the business.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, people-focused, and comfortable balancing strategic leadership with regular time in the restaurants.

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing the performance and operations of multiple restaurant locationsCoaching, mentoring, and developing General Managers and their leadership teamsDriving operational consistency, service standards, and guest experience across the regionMonitoring sales, labour, food costs, and overall financial performanceAnalyzing KPIs and implementing action plans to improve restaurant performanceConducting regular restaurant visits to ensure operational excellence and brand standardsPartnering with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and business growthSupporting new restaurant openings, training, and operational rollouts as required

What We're Looking For

Previous Regional Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, or equivalent multi-unit leadership experienceExperience overseeing 10+ restaurant locationsCorporate restaurant experience is highly preferredStrong financial acumen with experience managing multi-unit P&Ls and operational KPIsProven ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing management teamsStrong operational background within full-service elevated environments – no QSRComfortable travelling regularly throughout the regionGrowth-minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment
