Due to the fantastic flexibility and trust on offer in this role, the successful Family Lawyer will be capable of managing a full Family caseload and working to (a very reasonable) target.

Whilst this busy team has plenty of work and a successful marketing strategy, there will be a requirement to engage in business development and generate new work to ensure you’ll have a superb variety of cases to get your teeth stuck into and gain valuable experience.
You’ll learn from a senior family solicitor, who is also an expert in the field, and build your personal brand presence in the family law market with the help of an in-house marketing specialist.
The firm has a clear growth strategy for its family team, mirroring that put in place for the firm’s property team, which has grown fourfold in the past two years.
This means that, as you gain experience, you will eventually be able to grow a team around you, having been involved in all aspects of the development of the department.
