Apprenticeship Digital Engagement/Marketing Tenancy Involvement
Update and maintain webpages to ensure content is accurate, user-friendly and reflective of resident feedback
Support the creation and delivery of digital communications, including social media, website content and campaigns
Help manage and grow our social media channels, creating engaging posts and reviewing performance
Assist in developing innovative digital engagement opportunities to increase resident participation
Work with residents and colleagues to co-create content that is clear, inclusive and accessible
Support engagement activities and events, both online and in person, including capturing content (photos/videos)
Turn complex information into simple, engaging digital formats (e.g. posts, videos, infographics)
Help monitor engagement and suggest ways to improve digital reach and impact
Work collaboratively as part of a team while developing your own skills and confidence

Working Hours :
Core hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support events or engagement activities.
