Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum

Build positive, trusting relationships with young people Provide emotional and practical day-to-day support Promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes Work alongside colleagues and external professionals Complete accurate records and contribute to care plans

Requirements:

Passion for supporting children and young people Caring, resilient and professional approach Previous residential childcare or similar experience is desirable Full UK driving licence preferred
