IS Support Technician Apprentice
Take details from customers about their IT problems
Find and fix faults
Track work in progress and record issues and solutions within Helpdesk Software
Update online knowledge banks and/or create Standard Operating Procedures
Service equipment like printers, projectors, Peripherals
Set up new equipment and upgrade existing systems (PC’s, Printers)
Assist Users with Software issues
Give Basic handover training on Microsoft Products
Monitor Backups
Training:
Information Communications Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Training Outcome:
There will be the possibility of a full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
