APPRENTICE EARLY YEARS TEACHING ASSISTANT LEVEL 3
Help the teacher and TA in class to work with the children, set up activities, supervise children
Generally work as part of a team in the classroom environment.
There may be some personal care with our SEN children and one to one with them but within the classroom environment under superivsion of the teacher and TA.
Training:
They will get a lot of in class training on how to encourage, nurture and teach reception children following the early years curriculum. They will also have their out of class training time.
Training Outcome:
They apprentice can expect to gain a qualification and knowledge on what a TA does in an early years setting. Set up activities, engage 1:1 or in small groups in the classroom, follow the early years curriculum.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, shifts to be confirmed.
