4 on 4 off shift pattern – 12-hour day shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM £12.71/hour base rate plus 20% = £15.25/hour total Plus a weekend premium pay (+1/3 Sat - 2/3 Sun) Initial 12-week temporary contract with potential to go permanent Ongoing training and development with a UK industry leader

Role Responsibilities:

Operating machinery and equipment within a production environment Cleaning and preparing moulds and tools used in the process Preparing and mixing materials according to production requirements Manual handling duties – supported by mechanical lifting aids Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free working environment Strictly adhering to site health & safety procedures and reporting issues promptly

What do you require to apply as a Production Operative

Reliable, proactive, and a good relationship builder in a production setting Previous manual or labouring experience desirable Own transport preferred due to site location
