Key Role and Responsibilities as a Paint Sprayer: - Carry out high-quality bumper and trim repairs to manufacturer standards - Assess vehicles and identify any additional repair requirements before work commences - Complete minor dent and surface defect rectification to prepare vehicles for paint - Accurately mix and colour-match paint to achieve a flawless finish - Apply paint finishes using modern spraying techniques and equipment - Conduct thorough quality inspections to ensure all work meets company and customer expectations Minimum Requirements for a Paint Sprayer: - Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre environment - A stable work history demonstrating commitment and reliability - Strong hands-on skills with a quality-focused approach to vehicle refinishing - Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to consistently deliver work to the highest standards - Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing first-class results - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality Benefits - Paying up to £40,000 per annum plus bonus - Group bonus available - Monday to Friday - 22 days holiday per year going up to 26 with time served, plus bank holidays. - Westfield Health and rewards scheme - Pension - Plus much more - Permanent Vacancy   If you want to hear more about the Paint Sprayer role, please send us your CV by clicking ‘apply now’ or by contacting Richard on 07590309374 / richard@holtautomotive.co.uk to discuss further.
