Commercial Property Solicitor

Reputable, local firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Experienced Paralegal to join their Shrewsbury office.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience within the Commercial Property sector in order to work on a caseload that may include leasehold and freehold acquisitions; commercial leases, agreements, disposals and redevelopments, Commercial Property development work and financial property matters.

You must also be able to display excellent communication and organisational skills, take pride in maintaining client relationships, a passion to offer only the best service and a team player.
