FLT Driver

We are looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing and distribution team. This is a full‑time days role with No weekends.

Location: Ossett

Pay: £12.71 per hour Monday–Friday, Days (flexible hours)

Hours: 8.30am-4.30pm need flexibility to work if required 7am-3pm and 9am-5pm

The Role

You’ll be responsible for safely operating a Counterbalance FLT, supporting the movement of materials across the site, and assisting with general warehouse duties. This is a hands‑on role that involves manual lifting and working efficiently within a fast‑paced environment.

Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and confidentlyLoading, unloading and moving stock across the siteUsing hand‑gun scanners for stock control and pickingSupporting general warehouse and production tasksManual lifting as part of daily dutiesWorking flexibly across different day shifts as required

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance licencePrevious Forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environmentConfident using hand‑gun scannersComfortable with manual handlingReliable, adaptable and able to work as part of a team
