Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider - South London - Immediate Start

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in South London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Maintenance Plumber to be based in a commercial building in South London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive Mechanical / Plumbing maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Monday - Friday , 8am - 5pm£23p/h, Starting immediately Temporary ongoingParking available on site 
Requirements
City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical & PlumbingYou must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)A proven track record in commercial building maintenanceAn understanding of the following is essential: L8 Water treatment, Pumps, Air Handling unitsMulti-skilledGood communication skillsExcellent customer skills
Mechanical duties:
Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testingAHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleansPumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosingWater pressurization unitsChlorifiers – annual inspection, descalingSteam PlantCondensers, Condenser ReturnsCooling towersSoftenersHumidifiersHydraulicsPneumaticsBoilers – re-setsChillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults
