Apprentice Painter and Decorator

You will get involved within all the various disciplines of painting a cabin both internally and externally.

Sanding and rubbing down metal and wood with both hand and electrical tools Prepping for painting both internally and externally Using rollers and brushes on various surfaces Learning to hang doors and other elements of the cabin, making business if you so desire

Training:

Painter & Decorator apprentices attend college on block release, which is for 2 weeks at a time (14 weeks over the academic year) and work for their employer for the rest of the time. If required, Functional Skills are delivered as a separate block release.



Training Outcome:

To stay with the company and gain experience in all the areas of painting cabins and have a long-term future with us.

Working Hours :
Working week For example: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, shifts/weekends/evenings. Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Fridays 7am to 3.15pm.
