We are seeking an exceptional Head of HR to lead the People & Culture agenda for a prestigious, high end hospitality brand based in London’s West End. This is a pivotal leadership role, shaping a world class employee experience within a fast-paced, service driven environment.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering a forward thinking people strategy that strengthens culture, elevates performance, and supports the continued growth of a premium hospitality business.

The Role

Lead and execute a comprehensive People Strategy aligned to business goals and brand valuesDesign and implement a best-in-class Learning & Development strategy, fostering continuous growth, capability building, and clear career pathwaysChampion a high performance, people first culture, enhancing engagement, retention, and overall employee experiencePartner closely with senior leadership and operational teams to ensure HR strategies actively support commercial and service excellence objectivesOversee talent management, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance frameworksDrive diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives and strengthen employer brand positioning within the hospitality marketProvide expert guidance on employee relations, ensuring fair, consistent, and commercially sound outcomes across the businessSupport organisational design and workforce planning across multiple sites within a dynamic operational environment

Experience:

Proven senior HR leadership experience, ideally within hospitality, luxury retail, or premium leisure environmentsStrong expertise in Learning & Development strategy and people developmentDemonstrable success in building high performance cultures and improving employee engagement and retentionExperience in organisational design, talent strategy, and cultural transformation within fast moving, multi-site businessesCommercially astute, with the ability to balance people priorities with operational demandsA confident, influential leader who can partner effectively with senior stakeholders and inspire teams at all levels
