Business Administration Apprenticeship
Develop and maintain effective external and internal customer relationships
Provide effective assistance to engineers and regional offices
Provide administration assistance to the Central Services Department; data input, issuing template letters, daily email correspondence between internal departments
Answering incoming calls
Responding to customer emails
Data entry
Undertake general office duties including filing and scanning
Accurately data input into excel spreadsheets, Company in house service management data base and external customer databases
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation
At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying
Training Outcome:
We have a long successful history of training and retaining our Apprentices beyond their Apprenticeship with us and it would be our desired outcome that on completion of the Apprenticeship the Apprentice would take up a permanent Business Administration role within the Company.

We are a leading independent lift service provider; installing and maintaining all types of passenger and goods lifts, mobility equipment, escalators, and loading bay door and dock levellers and scissor lifts.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch
