Engineering Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship - Level 4
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience contributing to real customer projects both in our workshop and on-site. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge work within the pharmaceutical, electronics, and robotic design sectors.
As an apprentice, you will:
Learn from experienced engineers and technical specialistsSupport the delivery of customer orders in workshop and on-site environments Develop skills in engineering design using packages such as CAD and EPLAN Assist in producing designs to meet customer specifications
Gain a strong understanding of industry best practices and standards Build practical engineering skills alongside theoretical knowledge
Training:
Day release for classroom and practical teaching at Oaklands College - Welwyn Garden City Ongoing on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced staff Development of technical, professional, and problem-solving skills
Training Outcome:
After you have completed your apprenticeship there maybe a chance to continue at the company.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8-hour working day. Flexitime available.
