Administration Apprentice
Meeting and greeting visitors at reception
Handling incoming calls, directing enquiries, and resolving queries
Raising, recording, and receipting purchase orders
Collating data and documentation for tender pre-qualification submissions
Processing weekly timesheets and expenses
Setting up meeting rooms for conferences and internal meetings
Supporting general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as required
Training Outcome:
Administrator.

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.50pm and Friday 8.30am - 3.50pm.
