Sales & Business Support apprentice
Make outbound lead generation calls to prospective customers.
Update and maintain accurate customer records and databases.
Carry out data entry and general administrative tasks.
Create and prepare business documents and correspondence.
Book and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
Provide administrative support to the Head of Administration.
Assist with day-to-day office operations and business activities.
Support both the sales and administration teams in achieving business objectives.
Develop professional communication, sales, and organisational skills.
Gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
Training Outcome:
Progress into a full time role with us upon completion, depending on work throughout apprenticeship.
