Marketing & Sales Apprentice

Key Responsibilities

As our Marketing Executive Apprentice, you will:

 Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Create engaging content for social media and schedule posts across multiple platforms. Assist with website maintenance, including updating case studies, news articles and marketing content using WordPress. Produce marketing materials including brochures, presentations, PDFs and internal communications. Ensure all marketing activity follows company brand guidelines and maintains consistency. Support customer engagement by arranging and distributing product samples and marketing materials. Maintain stock levels of promotional literature and marketing resources. Assist with internal communications, including employee newsletters and engagement campaigns. Support artwork and creative projects for company initiatives and events. Update marketing trackers and onboarding documentation. Analyse customer trends and campaign performance, producing reports and sharing insights with key stakeholders. Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements. Support business development by identifying new customer opportunities. Work closely with Sales, Marketing and other departments to deliver successful marketing activity. Assist with maintaining accurate customer information within the company's CRM system. Undertake additional marketing projects as directed by the Head of Sales & Marketing. Skills & Experience

•   Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Positive, proactive and target-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service is beneficial but not essential. Basic understanding of digital and social media marketing. Full training is provided.

Training:

Velocity apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team

Using their expert knowledge, they will provide the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace and to expand future career prospects

Throughout the apprenticeship, learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their programme
