Build rapport and understand their needs.

Explain how our advisers can help.

Overcome objections professionally and confidently.

Book appointments or transfer interested customers directly to an adviser.

Keep accurate customer records.

Develop your sales and communication skills through ongoing coaching.



Training:

This qualification is delivered as a blended learning programme which includes both physical and virtual classrooms, eLearning modules, skills development activities, on the job training and most importantly one-to-one coaching and support on a monthly basis from a development coach.



Training Outcome:

You'll join Heath Crawford as an Apprentice Sales Executive, receiving full training alongside a fully funded Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship.

Initially, you'll contact consumers who requested a private health insurance quotation. Your role is to build rapport, understand why they didn't proceed, overcome objections and encourage them to speak with one of our specialist advisers.

As your confidence and knowledge grow, you'll receive further training before progressing into a fully qualified Health Insurance Adviser, where successful advisers regularly earn £60,000+ OTE.
