L3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
Act as the primary front of house contact for customers seeking vehicle service and repair
Provide excellent customer service by addressing enquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Schedule service appointment and manage the workflow of the service department
Assist customer in understand their vehicles needs and recommend appropriate services.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and maintain records for finance teams.
Seek opportunities to upsell services or products that may benefit customer vehicles
Effectively ensure customers are promptly notified and options discussed in relation to further work requirements, advising costs and timescales
Provide data reporting to service manager as required
Support to complete internal departmental projects for business improvement, to be assigned during the apprenticeship program.
Input data to the companies sector specific software and government portals for MOT outcomes etc.
Training:
Blackburn College.
Training Outcome:
Permanent role as a qualified Dealership Service Advisor for Ford and Changan vehicles.
