Are you a hands-on leader with a strong manufacturing background and a passion for driving performance, growth and continuous improvement?

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established manufacturing operation in. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and customer service.

The Role

Lead and develop a high-performing team Drive operational efficiency, profitability and business growth Oversee projects from inception to successful delivery Manage budgets, costs, risk and performance metrics Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and health & safety standards

About You

Experience in senior manufacturing leadership roles Strong commercial and operational awareness Experience leading multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience
