Roofing Contracts Manager
We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a respected UK Roofing Contractor, working on a projects in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager who is passionate about delivering projects to the highest standard while advancing their career.
This company currently have 7 live projects across Central London, and they require the successful individual to work closely with the Site Management team to make sure all projects are on track.
Summary of Duties:
Site Visits / Progress Conducting regular (weekly) site visits to monitor progress and quality Providing weekly Quality Assurance oversight Documentation – Drafting & Submitting RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) Progress Reports Friday Packs (Health & Safety info pack Toolbox talks etc) Site Diaries Managing and ensuring Site Diaries are completed (by Site Supervisors)Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Site/Project/Contracts Manager with a roofing contractor SMSTS, Valid Management CSCS and First Aid Experience working with a sub-contractor Strong communication and IT skills Ability to drive and lead a team Commercial Awareness Ability to plan head Working references – essentialApply for more information.
