Site Manager

AA Euro Group is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager on behalf of an Irish Civils Contractor working on Wastewater/ water treatment & large-scale infrastructure projects around the Fulham/West London area. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of the projects as part of major infrastructure programmes. The Site Manager will oversee site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This is a long-term CIS position, 5+ Years experience in a similar position is essential.

Full UK driving license & full right to work in the UK are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee site operations, ensuring safe and efficient project deliveryLead Engineers, Supervisors, and Operatives on sitePlan and coordinate daily and weekly construction activitiesManage labour, plant, materials, and subcontract resourcesMonitor progress against project programmes and milestonesEnsure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirementsReview and manage RAMS, permits, inspections, and project documentationCoordinate civil engineering works including reinforced concrete structures, pipework, drainage, utilities, and associated infrastructureLiaise with clients, designers, and project stakeholdersAttend progress meetings and provide project updatesEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsSupport commercial reporting, change management, and project performance

Qualifications

SMSTSCSCSHNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferredFirst Aid (desirable)
