Our client is a leading financial publications and conferences international business group covering asset management, price discovery, data and market intelligence, and banking and finance under multiple well-established brands.
The role sits within the Asset Management Division.
This brand runs the world’s foremost financial publication and convener of global institutional investors via exclusive memberships, forums, industry benchmarks, award-winning content, and workflow solutions such as capital placement.
The Marketing Manager, Product & Channels is a global role and will report to and work closely with the Director of Product & Channel Marketing.
This role is directly responsible for the marketing planning, content, and execution for product campaigns, including sponsored forums, memberships, wealth management and media.
Key Accountabilities:
Plan, execute and manage product and channel marketing campaigns for sponsored forums, memberships, media, and wealth management across all regions; North America, EMEA & APAC
Plan and activate marketing campaigns for ad hoc events that fall within the outlined product structure
Develop campaign strategies across the marketing funnel to drive lead generation and retention efforts
Plan, build and deliver email marketing campaigns, including copy writing, image selection, and email structure
Collaborate with the Digital team on the execution of campaigns across digital marketing channels and management of leads
Develop creative and compelling content to engage potential and existing clients and optimize the use of marketing channels
Develop, update, and manage new and existing product brand messaging, marketing materials, websites and landing pages
Collaborate and project manage groups of stakeholders on the updating of new marketing materials, including designers, product teams, client services, and sales teams
Manage and foster relationships with key stakeholders across all regions, and keep them updated with marketing developments, as needed
Find cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within product set and client needs
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree (ideally in marketing or a related field)
2+ years of marketing experience including content, campaign management, email marketing
Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time in a fast-paced environment
Strong creative writing and copy writing skills
Strong project management skills and ability to manage a complex workload
Creativity, positive energy, and a hands-on/proactive approach to all tasks
Strong analytical, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
Preferred:
Experience with creative and marketing automation tools, i.e., Adobe Creative Suite, Pardot, HubSpot and Salesforce
Experience in paid social media, particularly LinkedIn
Knowledge of the financial services industry
Digital marketing background (SEO, paid display, etc.)
Working knowledge of basic HTML for email building and website landing pages
