ERP Support Analyst – Stakeholder Management – Lichfield / Hybrid

ERP Support Analyst required for a leading manufacturing company based just outside of Lichfield to be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and Operations, using those relationships to effectively manage escalations, while facilitating continuous improvement initiatives within the businesses ERP System.

The ideal candidate will have worked as a super user supporting an ERP system previously and have excellent stakeholder and 3rd Party management skills.

The business uses the system IFS so any exposure to this would be great, but is not necessary as training will be provided.

The salary on offer for this position is between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum plus benefits.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE 3 DAYS ON SITE PER WEEK.

Key responsibilities

Support Super Users in delivering IFS training to new or existing employees.
Curate support documents.
Coach IT Team colleagues to appreciate data flows and operational workflows.
Provide coaching and training on IFS, as required.
Create and update support tickets logged with IFS.
Provide troubleshooting support and advice for IFS-related issues and queries passed to IT Team.
Work with colleagues to manage user accounts and permission sets, reviewing and approving configuration changes where required.

Experienced and confident providing training to colleagues with a wide range of abilities and creating appropriate training materials as required.
A minimum of 12 months spent contributing to the support of and ERP system.
