Winding Operative Apprentice

Operate winding machines to rewind yarn onto cones and packages. Monitor yarn tension and quality throughout the winding process. Identify and resolve minor faults such as yarn breaks. Record production information accurately and report any issues. Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. Follow quality, environmental and health & safety standards at all times.

Training Outcome:

After completion of the TMO qualification, the applicant will progress onto an Engineering Qualification.

Working Hours :
37.5 hrs per week, Shift pattern 06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00 Monday – Friday.
