Apprentice Dental Receptionist
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive or contact the practice.
Working within our busy reception team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk while always delivering outstanding customer service.
At work you will be:
Welcoming patients in a friendly, professional and caring manner. Managing appointments and clinician diaries using EXACT dental software. Answering telephone calls, emails and patient enquiries efficiently and professionally. Booking, amending and confirming appointments. Processing patient payments and handling billing queries accurately. Managing referrals and correspondence. Liaising with dentists, nurses, hygienists and treatment coordinators to ensure the smooth running of the practice. Resolving patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday: rotating shifts 8:00am–5:00pm or 12:00pm–8:00pm Alternate Saturdays: 8:00am–12:00pm Time off in lieu: You’ll receive a half‑day off in lieu for each Saturday worked
