Supporting learning through play, creativity, and exploration
Building caring relationships with children and families
Assisting with meals, naps, routines, and personal care
Helping plan engaging indoor and outdoor activities
Learning early years practice as part of your apprenticeship

Training:
You will complete the Early Years Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship with Connect to Early Years, including one-to-one coaching, workplace learning, and online study
You’ll develop skills in child development, safeguarding, supporting learning through play, communication, teamwork, and creating nurturing environments
Functional Skills in English and maths will be provided if needed
Training Outcome:
Apprentice → Deputy Room Leader → Room Leader → Relief Deputy Manager → Deputy Manager → Nursery Manager

We’re a small, family‑run nursery on a beautiful working agricultural farm, surrounded by nature.
Working Hours :
4‑day working week within our shift pattern: 7:20am- 5:20pm 7:40am- 5:40pm 8:15am- 6:15pm
