General Administration
Answer telephone calls and respond to emails. Prepare, scan, file and archive documents. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems. Assist with data entry and record keeping. Support diary management and meeting arrangements.Produce letters, reports and business documents. Maintain staff personnel files. Assist with recruitment administration and DBS checks. Support preparation for CQC inspections and council audits. Help maintain company policies and compliance records. Assist with quality assurance and monitoring activities Assist with maintaining client records and care documentation. Support care plan reviews and administrative updates. Process confidential information accurately and securely. Assist with safeguarding and incident documentation where appropriate. Attend and complete all apprenticeship training requirements. Demonstrate a commitment to personal development and learning.Training Outcome:
