We are working with a fast-growing London catering company seeking a Head of Event Operations to lead multi-site event delivery and drive operational excellence. This is a senior leadership role overseeing high-volume, complex events across corporate, private, and large-scale productions—combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end event operations across multiple venues and sitesManage and develop a team of Event Managers and freelance staffOversee scheduling, resource planning, and operational deliveryDrive consistency in service standards, processes, and guest experienceBuild strong relationships with clients, venues, and suppliersContribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysisAbout You
