This is a highly visible culinary leadership position overseeing a dynamic food and beverage operation generating approximately $7M in annual revenue.
The Executive Chef will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and lead a culinary team of approximately 25 associates, overseeing:

Lead and develop the culinary team while creating a strong kitchen culture.Drive exceptional food quality, creativity, and consistency.Develop menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining classic execution.Manage food costs, labor, purchasing, and operational standards.Be a visible presence in the restaurant and engage with guests.Ideal Candidate
