We are looking for a fast casual dining leader who can take this concept to the next stage in their growth.

With 7 locations and 4 coming in the next 4 months we need a key player to lead and develop the business.

This is a great opportunity for a senior operations manager who is looking to gain autonomy and growth their career in the casual dining food scene.Ideal Operations Manager:
2 – 3 years in a multi-site food lead rolePreferably from a food lead business,Standards driven - not afraid to get stuck in and lead by example.New opening experienceLeading high performing teamsDeveloping staff from within the businessAudits and due diligenceSuccess storiesDeep understanding of the industry and premium operations.
