Customer Support Technician
An automotive company, is looking to recruit a Customer Support Technician to assist in communicating with a global customer base and network of distributors.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing telephone, e-mail and Microsoft Teams based responses
Excellent levels of customer service to meet the customers??? requirements
Main skills:
An understanding of vehicle data acquisition techniques
Basic electronics knowledge
A clear, concise writing technique and a polite telephone manner
Customer service experience
Full UK Drivers Licence
