ICT Apprentice
Support ongoing maintenance of IT hardware
Prepare equipment for events
Set up and support IT hardware and systems at events
Understand and apply best GDPR practice in systems
Respond to support requests online and at events
Support ongoing cyber security requirements including annual audits and ongoing assessments
Support with cloud-based systems such as AWS including server deployment, maintenance and security
Select a specialism in line with the apprenticeship training and apply those skills in the workplace
Undertake any other duties in line with the responsibilities of the post
Training:
Velocity apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, they will provide the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace and to expand future career prospects.
Training Outcome:
To remain and grow with the business after the successful completion of the apprenticeship.

You will often see us working behind the scenes at some of the UK’s biggest gaming events, providing support across network infrastructure, custom software solutions, production and streaming, as well as game administration teams.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs.
