Groundworker Apprentice

What you’ll be doing: You’ll work alongside experienced groundworkers, learning hands-on skills such as:

Digging foundations and preparing sites Installing drainage and pipe systems Pouring and finishing concrete Laying paving, kerbs, and pathways Using tools and equipment safely Keeping sites clean, safe, and organised Every day is different – you’ll be part of real construction projects from day one

What we’re looking for:

Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable and good timekeeping Team player who enjoys practical work

Must hold a valid driving licence or be able to reliably travel to site independently.

Happy working outdoors in all-weather conditions.

Training:
You'll be studying one day a week at Milton Keynes College. Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll enjoy expert mentors and trainers who will guide you every step of the way. Hands-on learning with real-world feedback to help you grow
