Childcare Apprenticeship - Colchester

Day-Day Responsibilities:
Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play-based and planned learning activities Help create a safe, stimulating, inclusive and nurturing learning environment Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor learning experiences Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues Observe children's progress and contribute to learning and development records under supervision Support the delivery of activities that promote communication, creativity and independence Follow safeguarding, health and safety, hygiene and nursery policies at all times Work as part of a supportive team while developing your knowledge, skills and behaviours Complete all apprenticeship training and assignments, applying your learning within the nursery setting Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude whilst providing high-quality care for every childOwn transport is required for this apprenticeship such as driving or cycling due to infrequent public transport links to this location.

Training Outcome:
There is a possibility of being offered a full time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship

OFSTED registered Nursery and Forestschool for children aged 0 to 4 years old offering spacious rooms, free flow to our gardens, daily extra curricular activities and Forest School.
Working Hours :
Monday- Friday (4 Days Per Week 8am- 6pm)
