Childcare Apprenticeship - Welwyn Garden City

Please note, the wage varies between £8-10.85 per hour dependent on age/experience.
Day-Day Responsibilities:
Support the daily care, supervision and learning of children in accordance with the EYFS Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development Build positive, professional relationships with children, parents and colleagues Help maintain a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment. Support children's personal care, including nappy changing, toileting, hand washing and mealtimes, whilst promoting independence Observe children's learning and contribute to learning journals and developmental records under the guidance of senior staff Follow all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality and data protection Report any safeguarding or welfare concerns immediately to the Designated Safeguarding Lead Support children with individual needs, ensuring every child feels valued and included Assist with preparing activities, resources and learning environments both indoors and outdoors Participate in staff meetings, training sessions and apprenticeship workshops Complete all apprenticeship coursework and assignments within required timescales Demonstrate a professional attitude, excellent punctuality and a willingness to learnTraining:

Training Outcome:
There is a possibility of being offered a full time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday- Friday Shifts Ranging Between (7:30am- 6:30pm)
