Main responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Performing a variety of administrative, logistical, and assistant-type duties, while supporting other team members for optimal productivity. Supporting the team on all aspects of the sales process through quotes, orders, receipts and despatch in order to provide a high level of customer support to new and existing customers. General administrative support includes: answering the phones, filing and dealing with e-mails. Keeping the stores area in an acceptable condition and always acting in compliance with the group's health and safety, environmental and quality management systems.Other Duties:
Undertaking any other duties that are within the skill and capability of the individual as directed by the manager or other designated supervisors. All tasks to be performed in compliance with the group's health and safety and quality control systems, as well as any other applicable management systems and best practices implemented by R&M Electrical Group.R&M Electrical Group Ltd was formed in 1987, based out of a small industrial unit in Southampton (UK). Training:
Completing a Level 2/3 Customer Service Apprenticeship Standard consisting of:
Knowledge and competence qualification in Customer Service Level 2/3. Functional Skills in maths and English if required. End-Point Assessment (EPA) - final test and observation.The vocational and academic training aspects are separated and delivered by separate teams. The vocational training and assessment is conducted, more often than not, on site according to the employers' wishes.
Notice of dates is agreed well in advance of a site visit. Training and assessment are conducted both on-and-off-the-job, according to the needs of the course and the learner. Every effort is made to ensure the best result is achieved by the learner.
