Mechanical Engineering Apprentice

The apprentice will work alongside experienced Mechanical Engineers to learn the following:

House to use Lathes, turn and mill How to read tolerances Fit bearings ad make shafts  Learn how to fix diverter wheels and well make new ones from castings from scratch

Training:

This apprenticeship is delivered as a day release at our Institute of Technology based in Canning Town, E14. 

Level 3 Engineering Maintenance Technician - Single discipline Behaviour, Skills and Knowledge

Training Outcome:

There is an opportunity to secure a permanent position after successfully completing the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
The hours for this for are: Monday to Thursday, 7.00am to 3.30pm. Friday, 7.00am to 2.30pm. 39 hours a week.
