Applied AI and Automation Apprenticeship

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support teams across the business:

You’ll be supporting colleagues to use AI tools like Copilot in their everyday work to build confidence in using AI across the business, promote safe, responsible and ethical use of AI You’ll spend a lot of your time working on SharePoint, helping to improve and organise the various sites, prepare systems so they’re ready for automation and encourage good practice in how information is stored and shared You’ll support AI roll-out by helping to introduce AI tools across different departments, spot opportunities where AI could save time or improve work and support teams as they start to use new tools You’ll be helping to improve systems and processes, help fix problems using AI or simple automations, support staff to build simple workflows, prompts and AI agents, supporting projects that improve how work gets done

Training:

20% of your time will be dedicated to structured learning, attending ADA National Digital College (London):

This programme delivers the skills and knowledge needed to make the most of AI and automation technology in a wide range of business contexts.

Through hands-on practical projects, apprentices learn to identify problems and opportunities, then design and deliver safe and effective solutions that add real value using agents, automations, and LLMs.



Training Outcome:

This apprenticeship isn’t just an education. It’s an express route, to fast track your career! For example, it may be possible to progress onto the FDM Degree Apprenticeship Programme or take on permanent roles with our clients.
