Apprentice Business Administrator
Responsible for providing administrative support to the team. The role offers a diverse range of tasks that will provide a breadth of experience, assist the team and carry out the following tasks:
Answering phones and communicating with clients Making telephone calls Working as part of the support team Filing/file management General miscellaneous admin tasks around the office and within a team Handling correspondence General office duties including opening and delivering post Copying, scanning, faxing Opening office files - hard copy and electronic files General errands Data input Preparing routine documentation Writing letters
Training:
Full training will be given leading to a recognised Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 Qualification Full on-the-job training will be delivered Off-the-job training will be supported by our Training Provider – Davidson Training UK Ltd You will also complete the Functional Skills in maths and English up to and including Level 2 (if you do not already hold the equivalent)
Training Outcome:
A full-time role will be available following the completion of apprenticeship

Foundations: Supporting Families is based in Chatham, in the heart of Medway and offers an excellent service to its clients in a safe, welcoming and encouraging environment. It is housed in a large three-storey building, very close to transport links of trains and buses and with several car parks nearby. The centre offers supervised, supported and handover contact, in a well-resourced, comfortable and safe environment.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Occasional weekends. Shifts to be confirmed.
