Food and Beverage Assistant Apprentice

Welcome guests and deliver outstanding customer service  Serve food and drinks in restaurant, bar and café areas  Set up and clear tables to high standards  Support bar service, including drink preparation  Keep work areas clean, safe and organised  Work as part of a friendly team during busy service periods  Handle guest queries with confidence and professionalism 

Training:
Learn on-the-job in a luxury hospitality setting  Gain a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification  Receive support from experienced mentors  Regular check-ins with your training provider 

Training Outcome:

Progression into a permanent role with opportunities to develop into supervisory positions within the hospitality team.
