Craftsman Apprentice

Throughout your apprenticeship, you will gain experience across a range of specialist disciplines before progressing into one of the following areas: Action, Barrel, Engraving, Engineering, and Finishing Undertake all aspects of the apprenticeship training programme, completing practical and theoretical learning Learn and develop skills across multiple craftsmanship departments Operate machinery, tools and equipment safely under supervision Produce work to the exceptionally high-quality standards expected by Holland & Holland Follow all Health & Safety policies and safe working procedures. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Factory Assist in achieving production targets while maintaining quality Contribute ideas for continuous improvement Maintain a positive attitude towards learning and personal development

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with an industry recognised training partner At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
Progressing to a Level 3 Engineering Technician Apprenticeship (36–48 months), subject to successful completion of Level 2
