Registering new patients on SystmOne Updating patient demographics (address, contact details, NHS          number) Scanning and uploading clinical documents into SystmOne Processing incoming hospital letters, discharge summaries, and    reports Allocating documents/tasks to the correct GP or team Actioning workflow items (filing, coding, tasks) Monitoring outstanding tasks and chasing responses Monitoring and actioning e-mails General allocating and filing of medical records And other office duties

Training:

An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be
expected to work towards the Business Administrator Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.



Training Outcome:

There is the potential to secure permanent employment upon successful completion of your apprenticeship.
