Admin Apprentice

Logging service jobs onto the company system. Allocating jobs to engineers and scheduling their workloads. Processing job outcomes and updating records accurately. Raising quotations. Sourcing and organising parts required for service and repair works. Liaising with engineers, suppliers and customers. Maintaining accurate records and documentation. Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries. Providing general administrative support to the office team. Participating in an alternating weekend call rota, taking customer calls from home when required.

Training:

*Please note, you will be expected to attend classes at Bradford College*

Growing service company specialising in refrigeration and air conditioning solutions.



Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm. Weekend shifts are scheduled on a rota basis.
