APPRENTICE EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER
Support the class teach to deliver planning to young children 2 - 4 years
Act as a key person to be the link between school and home under the supervision of a teacher
Model positive behaviour and play skills, support personal care needs (eating, changing)
Work with small groups and individuals in play based learning activities
Training:
The school has a well established staff team who will support the apprentice whilst working alongside
Class teacher will offer support and training through a personalised approach building on skills and knowledge and identifying next steps
Training Outcome:
Although this is a fixed term contract, the school has a history of employing previous successful apprentices who have completed their training when the schools finances have facilitated this
