Property Maintenance Operative Apprentice

Assist experienced tradespeople with property maintenance and repair work. Carry out basic carpentry, painting and decorating, plumbing and general building maintenance tasks. Prepare materials, tools and work areas before starting work. Carry out repairs and maintenance to residential and commercial properties. Learn to use a range of hand and power tools safely. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. Travel to customer sites with colleagues. Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied properties. Follow health and safety procedures at all times. Complete apprenticeship coursework and training activities.

Training:

Workplace: Various customer sites across South East London and Kent or in the head office (Unit 7 Little Acre Farm, Bunkers Hill, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 5EX). The apprentice will receive practical on-the-job training while working alongside experienced members of our team.

Training Outcome:

Full time employment or progression to a higher level apprenticeship.

We are an established property maintenance and building company, trading since 2015. We provide a comprehensive range of maintenance, repair, refurbishment and building services for commercial clients, private homeowners and landlords.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 4:00pm.
